J.D. Moll's protocol identifies and releases emotional memories held in the tissues.
Somato-emotional osteopathy stems from the understanding that unprocessed emotions (“in-motions”) can manifest in the body as physical symptoms and somatic dysfunctions.
These imbalances express themselves through the autonomic nervous system and the neuro-hormonal system, influencing the body's physiology.
In my practice I apply J.D. Moll's protocol, which allows me to identify and treat so-called emotional cysts: emotional memories crystallised within the tissues, which can affect a person's state of health.
Through targeted techniques, treatment facilitates a conscious, respectful release of these memories, promoting deep rebalancing. This practice does not replace psychological treatment, but complements it, through a deep bodily listening.
The goal is to release tension, improve self-awareness, and support balance between body and emotions.
